1. Como funciona o processo de psicoterapia?As sessões acontecem por videochamada (Google Meet) e duram 50 minutos. O trabalho terapêutico envolve acolhimento, reflexão e construção conjunta de estratégias para ampliar consciência, sentido e qualidade de vida.
2. A terapia online é eficaz? Sim. A psicoterapia online é reconhecida por sua eficiência e oferece resultados comparáveis à terapia presencial. Além disso, traz comodidade, flexibilidade e acesso para quem vive fora do país.
3. O que esperar da primeira sessão? Na primeira sessão você terá um espaço seguro para compartilhar suas demandas e expectativas. A partir disso, construiremos juntos um plano terapêutico personalizado, alinhado aos seus objetivos e ao seu momento de vida.
4. Quantas sessões são necessárias? Isso varia de acordo com sua história, suas necessidades e o ritmo do processo. Alguns pacientes buscam acompanhamento breve; outros preferem um trabalho mais profundo e contínuo. Conversaremos sobre isso ao longo das sessões, com total transparência.
5. Valor da sessão: £70 por sessão individual. Pacote com 4 sessões: £260 (válido por até 2 meses).
6. Como é feito o pagamento? O pagamento é realizado antecipadamente, em libra esterlina (£), via transferência bancária.
7. Posso cancelar ou remarcar uma sessão? Sim. Cancelamentos ou remarcações devem ser feitos com pelo menos 4 horas de antecedência. Após esse prazo, será cobrado o valor integral da sessão.

My Journey
I am a psychologist graduated from the Regional University of Blumenau (2011) with a specialization in Mental Health and a Master's degree in Psychology from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC). I also have 14 years of experience in clinical practice.
For the past four years, before moving to the United Kingdom, I worked as a university lecturer, teaching subjects in the areas of Clinical Psychology and Public Health, which further broadened my listening and understanding of human suffering in different contexts.
Since 2024, I have resided in London , where I continue to dedicate myself to psychological practice, offering 100% online psychotherapy to Brazilian adults living abroad. The experience of being outside the country, with all its contrasts, displacements, and reinventions, is also part of my journey —and strengthens my sensitive perspective towards those facing the same path.
My work is based on careful and respectful listening to the unique characteristics of each individual. I use the clinical framework of ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), which integrates the biopsychosocial perspective and considers the complexity of the human being in their emotional, behavioral, cognitive, social, and spiritual dimensions.
Psychotherapy allows us to reconnect with what is most essential within ourselves: our values, our history, our choices.
